new antibacterial DVD product -- germproof DVD discs.
Germproof DVD product has added a special formula antiseptic
into printing ink, which can effectively reduce the bacteria
from the disc surface. The main reason of germproof is because
the antiseptic contains sliver. With sliver nano technology,
the sliver nano (Ag+) will kill all the germs that adhered
on the disc surface.
Sliver nano ions (Ag+) are dispersed as micro particles that
can easily penetrate cells. Next, sliver nano ions come into
contact with bacteria and suppress their respiration. This
adversely affects their cellular metabolism and inhibits cell
growth. When the bacteria died, sliver nano ions (Ag+) will
depart from the dead cells and continued to act on other living
ones till the germs all had been killed.
